1. Professional Agreement

2. Verified Digital Delivery

Fulfillment is handled securely via our official digital channel. Delivery is considered legally executed once the encrypted access link is transmitted to your verified contact point.

3. Settlement Protocol

We utilize Direct Settlement (Bank Transfer/Payoneer) to ensure maximum transaction integrity. This peer-to-peer approach eliminates third-party processing risks.

4. Non-Refundable Nature

Due to the immutable nature of digital source code and instant fulfillment, all sales are final. Asset descriptions should be reviewed thoroughly prior to settlement.

5. Licensing & Restrictions

Acquisition grants a non-exclusive usage license. Unauthorized redistribution or public mirroring of raw architectural data is strictly prohibited without a Whitelabel Agreement.
